The First Card is from Doreen Virtue’s Ascended Masters Oracle Cards guidebook:

Clear and Shield Your Energy:

“As a sensitive person, you’ve absorbed some harsh and toxic and toxic energy from other people. This card asks you to stop and call on El Morya and Archangel to clear yourself. They can also clear and elevate the energies in other people, your home, or your office.

After clearing yourself, ask them to shield you from further intrusions. This process called “shielding,” needs to be conducted twice daily.

Soul Guidance:

You can easily absorb other people’s energy or process their stuff. You don’t have to do that 🙂

Stay in your own bubble. Connect only to your own, or God’s I cloud. I remind myself daily of this.

You can also soak in an Epson Salt bath, or sage your self, or listen and dance to happy music.

Last week I’ve been to the gym daily and listened to up beat happy music while working out. It is a great way to feel more grounded and peaceful.
