Years ago when I was in New York, I had to fly back very early to Boston. I hardly slept and kept worrying that I would oversleep and miss my flight. I kept thinking that I did not want to miss my flight,
Even though I was 2 hours earlier at the gate I still managed to miss my flight. Pre boarding time I got wrapped up in a text conversation and did not pay attention.
I realized that I manifested my worries. My plane took off without me.
