Peaceful: Holy Spirit

This serenity is like the gemstone at the core of a boulder, and you may have to dig deep within yourself to find it. This may require you spend some quiet time alone in stillness.”
Soul Guidance:
When I was in Thailand with my family I experienced the deepest peace I’ve ever felt before. It was the kind of peace beyond words. This moment is etched on my Soul.
I had kneeled in front a Buddha statue in the middle of a crazy busy train station. I meditated for five minutes and prayed for the happiness of my family and friends while reciting the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum.
When I saw this card it reminded me of that experience.
Find a practice this week to connect to the peace within. Do it twice a day. Use this mantra or make your own.

Rainbow Dancer:
Grandmothers Rainbow Dancer’s Message:” I give you my rattle. Use it to find your personal rhythm once more. Rattles are more like musical instruments. Each has its own vibration. Some rattles can break up negative energy patterns, some are used for prayer and calling spirits.
They bring you joy, teach you to dance, to move energy, to get on with your life if you have got stuck. Look for rainbows!”
” I have come to teach you about the dance of life, the pattern of energy and the rhythm, the meaning of the rainbow colors.”
